MAASH appointed buyer of the assets and activities of METEX NØØVISTA
Clermont-Ferrand, June 26, 2024 – METabolic EXplorer (METEX), leader in industrial fermentation, announces the appointment of the company MAASH as buyer of the assets of its subsidiary METEX NØØVISTA by the Paris Commercial Court. The decision follows a judicial recovery procedure opened in March 2024 for the Carling industrial site.
Two offers had been submitted for the takeover of METEX NØØVISTA. The Court chose that of MAASH, ruling out conversion into judicial liquidation. A decision on the judicial liquidation of METEX NØØVISTA is expected soon.
Please note, hearings for takeover offers for other assets of METabolic EXplorer and METEX NØØVISTAGO are planned for the beginning of July.
