SIRIUS MEDIA: Resolutions validated at the September 2025 General Meeting
On September 26, 2025, SIRIUS MEDIA held its Combined General Meeting in Paris, achieving a quorum of 24.72% with 272,898,780 shares and voting rights. All resolutions were accepted, except number 18, which was rejected. The terms of three members of the Board of Directors, including Paul Amsellem, were renewed for two years.
SIRIUS MEDIA is continuing its cost-cutting plan and is considering hiring a new general manager for production. Ten production projects are currently in development. The group is also examining opportunities for capital consolidation and acquisitions in the animation sector.
In terms of financing, SIRIUS MEDIA is exploring investment in cryptocurrencies, including offering financing via TOA, linked to the Bittensor blockchain.
