Management Board Changes at Rath AG
Rath AG has announced a significant change in its Management Board. Alexandra Rester's mandate as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) has been terminated by mutual agreement with the Supervisory Board.
On September 23, 2024, a decision was made to end the Executive Board mandate and contract of Alexandra Rester prematurely. Her responsibilities will be assumed by Andreas Pfneiszl. The Supervisory Board extended its gratitude to Rester for her commitment to the Rath Group.
This decision marks a strategic move for the company, aiming to streamline its management processes.
