Management Board Member Thomas Grimm Resigns from TTL AG
Munich, 02.08.2024 – Thomas Grimm, a member of the Management Board of TTL Beteiligungs- und Grundbesitz AG ("TTL AG") since January 2018, has announced his resignation effective July 31, 2024. He cited personal reasons for his departure. Despite his resignation, Grimm will serve as a consultant on a reduced basis during a transitional period.
With Grimm's exit, CEO Theo Reichert will become the sole member of the Executive Board of TTL AG. The company will continue to manage its operations and investment strategies under Reichert's leadership.
