Mandatory withdrawal of Visiativ shares
The delisting of Visiativ shares listed on the Euronext Growth® market in Paris has been effective since September 5, 2024, according to a press release issued on September 6, 2024. Specializing in digital transformation and innovation, Visiativ was listed under the code FR0004029478, ALVIV.
Following the public tender offer, Alliativ holds 95.32% of Visiativ's capital. This offer closed on August 14, 2024. In accordance with the AMF notice of August 22, 2024, the mandatory squeeze-out covers all shares not held by Alliativ, at a price of €37.00 per share.
The total amount of compensation is paid into a blocked account at CIC Market Solutions. Account-holding institutions are responsible for claiming compensation for their clients. Documentation on this subject is available on the Visiativ and AMF websites.
