MANITOU Announces Share Capital and Voting Rights Update as of July 31, 2024
On August 20, 2024, MANITOU BF released its latest update on the company's share capital and computation of voting rights. The announcement complies with article 223-16 of the General Regulation of the Financial Markets Authority (AMF).
As of July 31, 2024, MANITOU's share capital remains at €39,668,399, divided into 39,668,399 shares, each with a nominal value of €1. The number of theoretical voting rights also stands at 39,668,399, with 38,263,179 exercisable voting rights in the shareholders' meeting.
There were no changes in the share capital or the number of shares from previous months, maintaining consistency in the company's equity structure.
The company also reiterated the legal requirements for shareholders to disclose their holdings when they acquire or fall below certain thresholds, specifically 1% of the share capital or voting rights.
