Marco Giorgetta Appointed as New Group CFO of DOUGLAS
DOUGLAS Group has announced a change in its leadership team as Marco Giorgetta is set to replace Mark Langer as the new Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The transition follows Mark Langer's decision to depart after four productive years. This strategic change ensures continuity and stability in DOUGLAS's financial operations.
Mark Langer has been credited with playing a pivotal role in the company's growth and the execution of the “Let It Bloom” strategy while also laying a strong financial groundwork for the company's future, including DOUGLAS's IPO in 2024. Giorgetta, currently the CFO of Southern Europe and Italy for DOUGLAS, brings extensive experience from his tenure at Limoni and DOUGLAS Italy.
The Supervisory Board has confirmed the changes, effective May 1. Dr. Henning Kreke, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, expressed gratitude for Langer's contributions and confidence in Giorgetta's ability to enhance DOUGLAS’s financial standing and long-term growth.
