Mare Nostrum in receivership: Continuity of activities
On October 16, 2024, Mare Nostrum, a specialist in human resources for SMEs/ETIs, announced the conversion of its safeguard procedure into receivership by the Grenoble Commercial Court. The company plans to appeal this decision. It continues to develop a continuation plan that it will submit to the court before the end of the observation period on January 22, 2025.
The company clarifies that this decision does not affect its daily operations. Services to customers, employees and partners continue without interruption. The appointed receivers will continue to assist the company in this process.
Mare Nostrum remains confident in its ability to repay a large portion of its liabilities through its continuation plan. It thanks its partners for their support during this crucial period.
