Marie Brizard Wine & Spirits (Euronext: MBWS) announces the availability of preparatory documents for the General Meeting of June 27, 2024. This will be held at 10:00 a.m. in the premises of the Tripot Régnier in Paris.
A meeting notice, including the agenda and draft resolutions, was published in BALO n°62 of May 22, 2024. The meeting notice will follow on June 12 in BALO.
The documents provided for by article R. 22‐10‐23 of the commercial code are available on the Company's website. The documents governed by article R. 225‐83 will be accessible to registered and bearer shareholders under conditions, upon convening of the Meeting.
