On October 4, 2024, Marie Brizard Wine & Spirits published its monthly statement regarding the total number of voting rights and shares, in accordance with Articles L233-8II of the French Commercial Code and 223-16 of the AMF General Regulations. As of September 30, 2024, the company's share capital consists of 111,989,823 shares.
Regarding voting rights, the theoretical number amounts to 138,409,444. The number of exercisable voting rights, after deduction of treasury shares, is 138,298,023. The company's articles of association include a clause for information on the crossing of statutory thresholds in addition to the legal thresholds.
