Massachusetts School Districts Excel in Science Proficiency with KnowAtom's Curriculum

Fifth-grade students from the Manchester-Essex Regional School District achieved a 17-point increase in the MCAS science assessment. Similarly, Reading Public Schools saw a 3-point improvement. Both districts rank in the top 10% of 279 Massachusetts districts, tying at 18th place.

The districts use KnowAtom's hands-on science curriculum, tailored to Massachusetts Science and Technology Engineering Frameworks. Their performance exceeded the state average by 22 points this year. Consumer Affairs also highlighted Massachusetts for its leading education, particularly in reading and math according to NAEP tests.
