Masterflex SE Annual General Meeting Approves EUR 0.25 Dividend Per Share

Gelsenkirchen, July 05, 2024 – Masterflex SE (ISIN: DE0005492938) conducted its Annual General Meeting. Shareholders approved a dividend of EUR 0.25 per share for the 2023 fiscal year, up from EUR 0.20 the previous year. This results in a total distribution of around EUR 2.4 million.

During the meeting, confidence was expressed in the Management and Supervisory Boards. CEO Dr. Andreas Bastin highlighted a record operating EBIT of EUR 12.6 million and a profitability level of 12.4% for 2023. He confirmed the 2024 forecast, predicting revenues between EUR 100 and EUR 107 million, and EBIT between EUR 12 and EUR 15 million.

Looking ahead, Dr. Bastin discussed the HERO@ZERO program aimed at transforming Masterflex’s business model into a circular economy by 2035. This initiative is expected to drive new market opportunities and enhance the company’s competitive position.
