Mauna Kea Technologies: Update on voting rights and share capital

On December 4, 2024, Mauna Kea Technologies, listed on Euronext Growth Paris under ISIN code FR0010609263 (ALMKT), published an update on the composition of its share capital. As of November 30, 2024, the company had 67,719,997 shares outstanding. The total number of voting rights amounts to 68,806,048, both for the gross and net total. This includes the issuance of 500,000 new shares during the month of November via an equity financing line, as communicated in July 2024.

The gross number of voting rights, also called theoretical voting rights, is used for the calculation of regulatory thresholds. The net number, on the other hand, does not take into account shares deprived of voting rights, according to the AMF recommendations.
