MBB SE Reports Record Revenue and EBITDA Margin for 2024

In 2024, MBB SE, a medium-sized family business based in Berlin, achieved a record revenue of €1,068.4 million, marking an 11.9% increase from the previous year and surpassing the one billion euro mark for the first time. The adjusted EBITDA also saw a significant rise of 85.8% to €149.1 million, with the EBITDA margin increasing by 5.5 percentage points to reach an all-time high of 14.0%.
Within the MBB Group, Friedrich Vorwerk contributed significantly, with revenue growth of 33.5% to €498.4 million due to increased German energy infrastructure investments. The company's EBITDA rose remarkably by 151.7% to €80.5 million.
Contrarily, DTS faced challenges, with revenues dropping by 8.5% to €99.1 million, although some products showed substantial growth. Looking ahead to 2025, MBB anticipates revenues between €1.0 and €1.1 billion with a stable EBITDA margin and proposes a total dividend of €3.33 per share in celebration of its 30th anniversary.
