McPhy Energy: Effective Transfer of Shares to Euronext Growth Paris on August 9, 2024

Grenoble, August 7, 2024 – McPhy Energy, a specialist in low-carbon hydrogen production, will transfer its stock listing from Euronext Paris (Compartment C) to Euronext Growth Paris on August 9, 2024. This transition was approved by Euronext Admissions Committee on August 5, 2024.

The transfer, authorized by the Board of Directors on May 30, 2024, aims to better align with McPhy's current size and profile, and reduce compliance burdens.
