Stability of MEDIA 6 capital and voting rights

The MEDIA 6 press release, dated July 2, 2025, provides information on the stability of the number of shares and voting rights for the months of May and June 2025. The number of shares comprising the share capital of MEDIA 6 amounts to 2,631,250. Theoretical and exercisable voting rights remain respectively fixed at 4,804,947 and 4,546,726, according to the data of April 30, May 31 and June 30, 2025.

Article 223-16 of the AMF General Regulations requires such monthly publication. The figures remain unchanged, in accordance with Article 223-11 of the same regulation, which includes shares with and without voting rights in the calculation of theoretical rights.
