Median Technologies receives €19 million in financing from the EIB
On October 21, 2025, Median Technologies announced that it had received €19 million in financing from the European Investment Bank. This amount represents the first tranche of the €37.5 million loan signed in July 2025. The primary objective is to support the commercial launch of the eyonis® LCS software for early cancer screening in the United States and Europe.
Median has repaid €20.7 million of the first tranche of the EIB loan contracted in 2019. Thanks to these operations, the company has extended its financial visibility until the fourth quarter of 2026. This, following a €23.9 million capital increase, offers additional cash flow potential through share subscription warrants for €51.7 million.
The EIB financing is structured in three tranches, with conditions linked to operational performance. Tranche A, with a maturity of six years and an interest rate of 5%, includes the issuance of 3,403,164 share purchase warrants.
