Median Technologies Reports Mid-Year Liquidity Contract Status
As of June 30, 2025, Median Technologies reported the status of its liquidity account under the contract with TP ICAP (Europe). The account held 60,808 shares and €58,893.66 in cash. During the first half of 2025, there were 469 buy transactions amounting to 301,579 shares worth €811,321.63. Additionally, 395 sell transactions were conducted, with 271,330 shares sold for a total of €737,467.91.
At the end of 2024, the liquidity account recorded 30,559 shares and €134,615.99 in cash. The initial account balance in May 2020 showed 4,404 shares and €173,829.64. TP ICAP is regulated by ACPR and AMF, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
