The integration of Ceban into Medios took effect on June 1, 2024. This move will enable Medios to leverage cross-selling opportunities and synergies, particularly in purchasing. The acquisition offers a strategic diversification and access to high-growth markets.

Ceban, a market leader in pharmaceutical compounding in the Netherlands, ranks among the top players in Belgium and Spain. Serving around 3,300 pharmacies and over 200 hospitals, Ceban also operates its own chain of 23 pharmacies in the Netherlands.

Ceban's comprehensive value chain includes sourcing APIs, compounding pharmaceuticals, and supplying public and hospital pharmacies. The company is well-positioned to capitalize on the increasing demand for pharmaceutical compounding services.
