Matthias Gärtner, the current CEO, will step down by December 31, 2025, passing the reins after an impactful decade. The Supervisory Board is in search of a CEO successor, aiming to balance growth with profitability and shareholder value. Current board members will continue in their roles, with adjustments to maintain streamlined operations.
