Melissa Godinez Appointed Executive Chef at The Biltmore Hotel Los Angeles

The Biltmore Hotel Los Angeles has announced Melissa Godinez as its new Executive Chef. With over ten years of experience in hospitality, Godinez will manage all food and beverage operations across 70,000 square feet of banquet space and renowned dining outlets.

Chef Godinez aims to create new menus and enhance culinary experiences for both large-scale events and restaurants. Her leadership is expected to elevate the dining experience as the Biltmore marks its 101st anniversary.

Previously, Godinez was Executive Sous Chef at the Intercontinental Hotel in Downtown Los Angeles, earning recognition as "Leader of the Quarter 2024." Her strengths include culinary innovation and effective team management.

Jimmy Wu, the Interim General Manager, praised Godinez for her experience and vision, seeing her as a key figure in the hotel's ongoing revitalization.
