MEMSCAP: Share Buyback Program Announced
MEMSCAP, a company based in Grenoble, has published the results of its share buyback program covering the period from December 9 to 13, 2024. In accordance with the authorization of the general meeting of May 31, 2024, this program aims to cancel the shares repurchased.
During this period, the total volume of shares repurchased was 30,347 ordinary shares. The transactions took place on the XPAR market, with an average daily price ranging from 4.01523 to 5.50028 euros per share.
