Mensch und Maschine Software SE Announces Record Half-Year Results

Mensch und Maschine Software SE (MUM) has reported a record-breaking first half of 2024. The CAD/CAM/BIM specialist achieved this milestone following the successful implementation of a new ERP system, setting the stage for a transition to the new Autodesk partner model in mid-September.

Group sales reached EUR 175.97 million, a slight increase of 0.9% compared to the previous year. M+M Software's revenues rose by 5.6% to EUR 57.66 million, whereas sales in Digitization slightly declined by 1.2% to EUR 118.31 million. Gross profit surged by 6.2% to EUR 93.54 million, with M+M Software and Digitization contributing significantly.

Half-year EBIT also hit a record at EUR 27.98 million, marking a 6.3% growth. Net profit after minority shares increased by 9.5% to a new high of EUR 17.95 million, equating to 106 cents per share. Operating cash flow was stable at EUR 31.39 million.

M+M's CFO Markus Pech and Chairman Adi Drotleff have reaffirmed their EPS and dividend guidance for 2024/25, projecting a 10-20% EPS growth and a similar rise in dividends. The two-year outlook anticipates continued robust growth.
