Meridian Delivers More Strong Shallow Drill Results at Santa Helena and Cabaçal

Meridian Mining UK S (TSX:MNO) has announced positive updates from its drilling activities at the Cabaçal and Santa Helena mines in Mato Grosso, Brazil. Santa Helena’s first results reveal a strong interval of 5.0m @ 4.0g/t AuEq from 24.1m. The company is initiating environmental and metallurgical studies to advance towards open-pit development.

Infill drilling at Cabaçal has defined extensions of near surface Cu-Au-Ag mineralization. Highlights include CD-483’s 10.1m @ 2.1g/t AuEq from 9.4m. Over 50,000 meters of drilling have been completed at Cabaçal, enhancing the project's resource database.
