Mersen has disclosed its share and voting rights data as of December 31, 2024. The total number of shares in the capital stands at 24,418,312. Meanwhile, the company reports 27,010,172 real voting rights. This figure accounts for double voting rights and excludes shares without voting rights. The theoretical number of voting rights is slightly higher at 27,076,887.
