Mersen: Number of Shares and Voting Rights as of August 31, 2024

Mersen has released the total number of shares and voting rights as of August 31, 2024. The total number of shares stands at 24,418,312. The number of real voting rights is 27,016,800, which accounts for double voting rights and excludes shares without voting rights.

The theoretical number of voting rights is 27,077,044. These figures are disclosed pursuant to Article L-233-8-II of the French "Code de Commerce" and 223-16 of the AMF General Regulations.
