Mersen: Number of Shares and Voting Rights as of July 31, 2024

Mersen has released its latest disclosure on the total number of shares and voting rights as of July 31, 2024, in accordance with Article L-233-8-II of the French “Code de Commerce” and 223-16 of the AMF General Regulations.

The total number of shares stands at 24,418,312. The number of real voting rights, which accounts for double voting rights and excludes shares deprived of voting rights, is 27,019,806. The theoretical number of voting rights is reported to be 27,077,058.
