METAVISIO: Removal of ORA from the American AI fund
On September 16, 2025, METAVISIO, known under the brand THOMSON Computing, announced in Dammarie-les-Lys the cancellation of all Bonds Reimbursable in Shares (ORA) from the American AI fund. This decision, which marks the end of a potentially significant dilution, addresses shareholder concerns.
Stéphan Français, CEO of METAVISIO, highlights the company's return to full autonomy. This action now allows it to focus on the HORIZON 2028 plan. Priorities include improving margins through the launch of new hardware lines and optimizing the financial structure without dilution. In addition, METAVISIO plans to stimulate external growth through the planned acquisition of a company in the accessories sector.
This announcement is part of an approach to creating sustainable value for shareholders, with a communication to come on September 30 on the 2025 half-year accounts.
