Metavisio invites its shareholders to the annual general meeting of May 16, 2024
METAVISIO announces the holding of its ordinary and extraordinary annual general meeting scheduled for Thursday, May 16, 2024 in Pontault Combault. This meeting will aim to discuss the results of the 2023 financial year, to propose the allocation of the result and to renew the mandates of the members of the board of directors, among other items on the agenda.
One of the main proposals put to the vote concerns a capital increase via the contribution in kind of shares in SCI SAINTANGE by Mr. Stephan Français. This operation aims to strengthen the company's equity and assets while saving on premises rent. The contribution commissioner, Maître Dominique Leveque, will evaluate and assess this contribution in kind.
The terms of participation and voting in this important meeting are available in the meeting notice published in BALO and on the METAVISIO website. The preparatory documents will be accessible to shareholders within the regulatory deadlines.
