Metavista3D Finalizes Acquisition of PsHolix and TSXV Listing
Metavista3D Inc., based in Vancouver, has completed its acquisition of PsHolix AG, a Swiss firm specializing in pseudo-holographic display technologies. The acquisition involved the issuance of 93,693,695 common shares, bringing the total to 112,371,149. This transaction enables Metavista3D to continue PsHolix's business operations.
Metavista3D's shares are set to begin trading on the TSX Venture Exchange under the ticker "DDD" on October 28, 2024, pending final listing conditions. The company executed a share exchange agreement dated December 18, 2023, to acquire PsHolix shares through various steps, including debt settlements and private placements.
