Preparatory Documentation for the METROPOLE TV AGM
M6 Métropole Télévision SA shareholders are invited to the Combined General Meeting on April 29, 2025, in Neuilly-sur-Seine. The agenda and draft resolutions are available following their publication in the BALO on March 24, 2025. A notice of meeting will be published on April 9, 2025.
The necessary documents, in accordance with Article R.225-83 of the French Commercial Code, are available online on the company's website as soon as the meeting is convened. Registered shareholders may request their submission before the meeting, including electronically. Bearer shareholders must provide a certificate of participation.
These documents can be consulted at the headquarters of M6 Métropole Télévision.
