M&G Credit Income Investment Trust Announces Equity Issue

On 26 June 2024, M&G Credit Income Investment Trust plc (the “Company”) reported the sale of 150,000 ordinary shares from treasury. These shares were sold at a premium to the last published net asset value, priced at 97.08 pence per share. The newly issued shares are fully paid and rank equally with the existing ordinary shares.

After this transaction, the total number of ordinary shares in circulation is 141,944,239. There are 2,801,532 shares held in treasury. This updated figure can be used by shareholders to determine their notification requirements regarding changes in their interests, as per the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
