M&G Credit Income Investment Trust Plc Announces Issue of Equity
On May 22, 2024, M&G Credit Income Investment Trust plc (the "Company") announced the sale of 25,000 ordinary shares from treasury. The shares were sold at a premium to the last published net asset value at a price of 96.16 pence per share. These new shares are fully paid and rank equally with existing ordinary shares.
Following this issuance, the total number of ordinary shares in circulation stands at 140,944,239, excluding 3,801,532 shares held in treasury. This figure can be used by shareholders for reporting their interests as required by the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
