La Compagnie Générale des Établissements Michelin a diffusé des informations réglementées sur ses opérations réalisées dans le cadre de son programme de rachat d'actions. Ces transactions se sont déroulées en dehors du contrat de liquidité.
Le 29 mai 2024, Michelin a racheté un total de 504 429 actions ordinaires au prix pondéré moyen de 35,7794 euros par action. Ces opérations ont été effectuées de gré à gré avec les institutions financières Natixis et BNP Paribas.
L'objectif de ces transactions est l'annulation des actions rachetées, contribuant ainsi à la réduction du capital de la société.
