Micropole: Mandatory Withdrawal of Shares by Talan Holding

On October 21, 2024, Talan Holding SAS announced the implementation of the mandatory squeeze-out of Micropole shares, set at €3.12 per share. This transaction results from the regulation of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF), following Talan's public purchase offer, validated on September 9, 2024. Talan holds 94.23% of Micropole's capital, sufficient to initiate this squeeze-out.

The legal conditions are met, the remaining 1,679,052 shares representing 5.77% of the capital are concerned. The final sale will take place on November 5, 2024, the date of suspension of the listing of the shares on Euronext Growth Paris.

ODDO BHF SCA will manage the compensation, and the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations will retain the unclaimed funds for ten years.
