Micropole SA published, on May 31, 2024, a press release concerning the public availability of the response note and the document detailing the legal, financial and accounting characteristics of the company. This press release follows a public purchase offer initiated by the company Miramar Holding SAS.
The Financial Markets Authority (AMF) affixed visa n°24-187 to the response note, thus formalizing the compliance of the public purchase offer. The document on other information has also been filed with the AMF and is available free of charge.
The documents can be consulted on the AMF and Micropole SA websites, or obtained directly from the company's head office in Levallois-Perret.
The AMF and Euronext will publish notices concerning the opening, timetable and terms of the offer.
