Mileto Tecnologia and SES Collaborate for Enhanced DTH Services in Brazil

Mileto Tecnologia has partnered with SES to enhance its direct-to-home (DTH) pay-TV platform in Brazil. This new agreement will enable the delivery of high-quality content to more than 600,000 households. SES will provide Mileto with satellite capacity via the SES-6 satellite, ensuring wide coverage and efficient content delivery across the nation.

This partnership comes after Mileto acquired Oi TV's infrastructure and subscriber base, one of Brazil's prominent satellite pay-TV services. Roberto Guenzburger, CEO at Mileto, emphasized the significance of SES in transitioning subscribers seamlessly, maintaining uninterrupted service quality throughout Brazil.

Deepak Mathur from SES highlighted the agreement's value, demonstrating satellite technology's ability to deliver diverse, high-quality content efficiently. SES's collaboration aims to grow Mileto's subscriber base while delivering premium content in exceptional image quality.
