Mint: Half-yearly results 2024
Mint announces a 38% increase in its half-year turnover, reaching €34.5 million despite a decrease compared to 2023 due to non-recurring operations that year. BtoC energy sales increased by 37%, supported by the acquisition of 10,000 new meters. In BtoB, turnover amounts to €1.2 million, with 6 GWh delivered.
EBITDA, excluding non-recurring operations, increased by 25% thanks to an increased gross margin, although generally down compared to 2023. Mint has intensified its marketing efforts and strengthened its staff to support this growth. As of June 30, 2024, Mint has €45 million in gross cash, ensuring the financing of its future development.
Mint's strategy focuses on expanding into the BtoC and BtoB sectors and diversifying energy purchases. The company is targeting 85,000 meters by the end of 2024, with a particular focus on regulatory developments.
