BRIEF

on MINT (EPA:ALMIN)

Mint’s 2023 Annual Sales and Results

The company Mint announces a significant drop in its turnover in 2023 to 86.9 million euros, compared to 157 million the previous year, illustrating a decrease of 45% due mainly to the loss of customers following the crisis of energy markets. This drop was partially offset by an increase in prices necessary to maintain the financial balance of the company.

However, Mint managed to improve its gross margin to 29.2 million euros and its EBITDA increased significantly, reaching 20.2 million euros. Net profit amounted to 16.5 million euros thanks to non-recurring energy purchase-resale activities and rigorous financial management.

The company has also diversified its offering, in particular by developing services for professionals and increasing the proportion of renewable energy contracts directly with producers. These initiatives mark a pivot towards a more resilient and eco-responsible business model.
