Minutes of the Combined General Meeting of June 26, 2024 of ADOMOS
On June 26, 2024, ADOMOS held a mixed general meeting under the chairmanship of Philippe Ausseur. On that date, the company had 187,532,545 shares for 187,532,663 voting rights. Only 0.02% of stocks were represented. As the necessary quorum was not reached, votes could not take place.
The Board of Directors has decided to reconvene a combined general meeting for July 10, 2024, at the same location. Shareholders will be informed of the details in due course.
At the same time, ADOMOS announced a capital reduction motivated by losses, reducing the par value of the shares from 0.0038 euros to 0.0002 euros. This technical operation will not impact the company's equity. The share capital is now 37,506.509 euros, divided into 187,532,545 ordinary shares.
