Minutes of the Combined General Meeting of REALITES of May 21, 2024
On May 21, 2024, the Combined General Meeting of Shareholders of REALITES was held at the head office under the chairmanship of Mr. Yoann Choin-Joubert. All 19 proposed resolutions were approved by more than 99% of the votes.
The ordinary resolutions included the approval of the corporate and consolidated accounts for the financial year ending December 31, 2023, as well as the setting of the remuneration of directors. The extraordinary resolutions concerned delegations of powers for the issue of shares and the increase of share capital.
REALITES thanks its shareholders for their loyalty.
