Minutes of the Combined General Meeting of SIRIUS MEDIA
The Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders of SIRIUS MEDIA Group was held on June 27, 2024 in Paris, chaired by Paul Amsellem. The event took place at the Hôtel Renaissance Paris 16th, bringing together shareholders representing a total of 14,264,963 shares, representing a participation rate of 47.43%.
All resolutions submitted during this meeting were approved by the shareholders present or represented, with the exception of resolutions no. 11 and no. 24. The report highlights the majority agreement of shareholders on the various proposals put on the agenda.
