Minutes of the Ekinops combined general meeting of May 23, 2024

The General Assembly of Ekinops, a provider of telecommunications solutions, was held on May 23, 2024 in Lannion under the chairmanship of Didier Brédy. The shareholders approved the accounts for the 2023 financial year, the transfer of registered office and the resolution relating to the purchase by the company of its own shares.
