Minutes of the HOPIUM Combined General Meeting
The Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting of HOPIUM was held on June 27, 2024 at 3 p.m. at the law firm Cloix & Mendès-Gil in Paris. Chaired by Stéphane Rabatel, CEO of HOPIUM, this meeting brought together 19 shareholders, representing 39,559,590 shares, or a participation rate of 26.22%.
The ordinary and extraordinary resolutions put to the vote were all approved by the shareholders.
The next investor event will be held on July 16, 2024 in Lyon. Registrations are made via hopium@aelium.fr.
