Mirova crosses the threshold of 5% of voting rights in MEDINCELL

On September 13, 2024, Mirova crossed the threshold of 5% of MEDINCELL's voting rights downwards. This crossing was declared by mail on September 16, 2024. Mirova now holds 2,046,558 MEDINCELL shares, corresponding to 7.03% of the capital and 4.99% of the voting rights.

The Paris-based management company Mirova achieved this reduction by selling MEDINCELL shares on the market. MEDINCELL's capital is made up of 29,091,239 shares and 40,993,618 voting rights.
