Mise à jour des poursuites contre Lab 21 par le HSE
Novacyt S.A., spécialiste du diagnostic moléculaire, informe sur l'évolution des poursuites judiciaires intentées contre sa filiale Lab 21 par le Health and Safety Executive (HSE). Le 18 mars 2025, devant le tribunal d'instance d'Exeter, Lab 21 a plaidé coupable pour des infractions à la santé et sécurité liées à l'exploitation d'un site à Axminster entre juin 2018 et avril 2019.
La société coopère pleinement avec le HSE durant l'enquête. Les activités de Lab 21, qui ne font plus partie des opérations actuelles de Novacyt, découlaient d'une acquisition de juin 2018. La sentence sera prononcée le 11 septembre 2025. Un communiqué ultérieur sera publié après cette date.
