Mister Spex SE Announces Candidacy of Claus-Dietrich Lahrs and Gil Steyaert for Supervisory Board

Mister Spex SE revealed that Claus-Dietrich Lahrs and Gil Steyaert are poised to join its Supervisory Board. Claus-Dietrich Lahrs, known for his influential roles across major fashion brands, is nominated as the potential Chairman. Lahrs has previously held significant positions at brands like Cartier, Louis Vuitton, and Christian Dior, and most recently as CEO at Bottega Veneta and Hugo Boss. His vast experience in luxury fashion and corporate governance is reflected in his past leadership and board roles.

Gil Steyaert, proposed as Deputy Chairman, brings extensive experience from the sports and fashion industry, most notably from his over two decades at Adidas, where he significantly contributed to the brand's success in Europe. Steyaert currently lends his expertise to diverse companies, including as a Senior Advisor at Simon Kucher.

Both candidates are backed by the current Supervisory Board and are set to replace outgoing Chairman Peter Williams and board member Stuart Paterson, who are not seeking re-election. The election will occur during the Annual General Meeting on June 7th in Berlin. CEO Dirk Graber expressed confidence in the new candidates' ability to contribute significantly to the company's future due to their deep market experience.
