Stephan Schulz-Gohritz to Depart Mister Spex
Mister Spex SE has announced the departure of its Chief Financial Officer, Stephan Schulz-Gohritz, effective October 31, 2025. Schulz-Gohritz joined the company in January 2024 and played a crucial role in navigating a transitional phase. In August 2024, he assumed interim leadership responsibility, initiating the SpexFocus program, which led to operational and financial advancements.
Nicola Brandolese, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, expressed gratitude for Schulz-Gohritz's dedication, which has been pivotal in steering the company towards long-term profitability and sustainable growth. The company's outlook, adjusted in June 2025, remains unchanged despite Schulz-Gohritz's departure. Mister Spex plans to release its third-quarter results on November 13, 2025.
