MIYO Health Celebrates Colorado's Permanent I Matter Program and Continued Partnership With Signal
CHICAGO, IL / ACCESSWIRE / June 13, 2024 / MIYO Health, a leading provider of telehealth solutions for mental health, celebrates the Colorado legislature's decision to make the I Matter program permanent. The program, supported by senators Dafna Michaelson Jenet and Lisa Cutter, and Representatives Kyle Brown and Manny Rutinel, offers free mental health services to Colorado youth. In collaboration with the Colorado Behavioral Health Administration (BHA), MIYO Health and Signal Behavioral Health Network developed the I Matter platform, which has helped over 12,500 youth since its launch.

BHA Commissioner Dannette R. Smith emphasized the program's significance, highlighting its role in increasing access to quality behavioral health services for youth in Colorado. Key metrics include over 500,000 website visits annually, 40,000 completed mental health screeners, and participation from 63 of Colorado's 64 counties. Notably, 75% of youth prefer teletherapy, with most sessions held outside school hours.
