Mobimo Holding AG issues a CHF 150 million Green Bond
Lucerne, June 3, 2024 - Mobimo Holding AG announced the successful placement of a CHF 150 million Green Bond on the Swiss capital market. This fixed rate bond offers a coupon of 2.05% over a period of 6 years. The release of the bond is scheduled for July 1, 2024.
The funds raised will be used to finance sustainable projects in accordance with Mobimo's Green Bond Framework. Zurich Kantonalbank and UBS Investment Bank acted as Joint Lead Managers, while Luzerner Kantonalbank AG was Co-Manager. The application for listing on the SIX Swiss Exchange has been filed.
In addition, Mobimo has published the Green Bond Report 2023, detailing the allocation of funds from a previous issue and the impacts obtained. The Green Bonds report and framework are available on the Mobimo website.
